I don't have a gym membership or any sort of formal exercise program, but I stay quite fit without it. I find that I walk a lot and I do physical activities that keep me in shape just in my everyday life. The other day while the oil was being changed in my car, I went for an interesting walk looking at the new cars on the lot and got quite a bit of walking done on the huge new car lot. On my days off, I like to go to a park and just walk around. Is it exercuise? I guess so, but I don't call it that.
